Cheapest DVDS Online

There is a news clip online that I want to burn to a dvd.How do I get the clip to be a downloaded file?

I know how to burn a dvd but I dont know how to get an on line clip to be a wmv or whatever it needs to be.

1. It depends on what type of video it is. For example, if it is flash, there are several utilities to download it, many are free. For some other formats it's harder to find something that will download it.
